Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026 · Landed eSIM ("Landed eSIM", "we") is a brand operated by LSM Realty LLC, a California limited liability company owned by Michael Yi Fu. The Landed eSIM iOS app is published by Michael Yi Fu on the App Store.

1. What we sell

We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans delivered digitally. Plans are data-only unless stated otherwise; they do not include a phone number, calls or SMS. Coverage, data volume and validity are described on each plan page.

2. Compatibility is your responsibility — but we help

eSIM requires an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. We provide a compatibility checker and clear guidance before checkout. If your device turns out to be incompatible or locked and the eSIM has not been installed, contact us for a full refund.

3. Activation & validity

Plans activate when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination (unless the plan page states otherwise). Validity runs continuously from activation. Unused data expires at the end of validity and is not refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Plans are for personal, lawful use. Resale, machine-to-machine bulk use, or abuse (e.g. fraud, spam) may lead to suspension. Fair-use limits of our upstream carriers apply to "unlimited" plans where indicated.

5. Service quality

We source connectivity from multiple carrier partners and automatically use the strongest available network. Mobile coverage ultimately depends on local carriers, terrain and device; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but our Stability Promise (see Refund Policy) applies when things fail on our side.

6. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in USD (taxes calculated at checkout where applicable). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed calls, roaming charges on your other SIM, etc.).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

What we collect

Order data: email address, plans purchased, order IDs — to deliver your eSIM and provide support.
Payment: handled entirely by Stripe; we receive only payment status, never card numbers.
Technical: basic device/browser info and language preference — to run the store and show your language.
Usage of the eSIM: our carrier partners process traffic to provide connectivity; we can see remaining data volume to show you usage. We do not sell personal data, and we do not inspect the content of your traffic.

Who we share with

Only what is needed to serve you: Stripe (payments), our eSIM supply partners (provisioning), and our email provider (delivery of your installation email). Each acts as a processor under contract.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time: support@landedesim.com. We keep order records only as long as tax and accounting law requires. If you are in the EU/UK, GDPR rights apply, including the right to complain to your local authority.

Refund Policy — our Stability Promise

Can't install? If the eSIM cannot be installed on a compatible, unlocked device, we will issue a replacement eSIM or a full refund — your choice.
No service at the destination? If the eSIM cannot connect at a covered destination and our support cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the plan in full.
Not installed yet? Unused, uninstalled plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Already activated? Once a plan has connected and consumed data, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion for verified service failures; change-of-mind refunds are not available for consumed data.
How to claim: reply to your order email or write to support@landedesim.com with your order ID. We answer 24/7 and resolve most cases within 24 hours.
